Aiming for a Family-Oriented Business Strategy in Mexico

Our client is a retailer, currently in the US. They notice that in Mexico, shopping centers are family oriented with music and entertainment. And so they started basically a pilot program in Southern Texas. In South Texas aimed at the Mexican community where they serve high food,. But they've noticed that the Mexican customer base in Texas have been only taking interest in their highly discounted items. So what they want us to do is analyze, their goal is to expand throughout the US. We'll see if there's any questions that you recap there.
