i was the president of sips im in the summer that george floyd was murdered. At the time, we lik wrote an anti racism statement. And so i'm partly coming at this from the perspective of somebody who was involved with an organization whom i could easily have seen myself implementing these kinds of a requirements as a way to advance equity and anti racism within an organization. This is something that we am, i think almost there was a large consensus that it was, um, part of the goals of the organization. To increase diversity. Am, to prioritize equity.
