Is Eradication a Thing of the Past?

It takes 10 to 14 months for a worm to kind of incubate inside a human body. Eradication is quintessentially the most difficult thing to achieve because you have to get everything right everywhere all the time. Our primary goal is to stop transmission as soon as possible. And what I often discuss with our country partners and teams is that we can't do anything to prevent the worms that are already going to emerge over this next year.
