The biggest impact of AI is actually on creatives. It's on copywriters. There's AI that can produce video and produce graphics. And then there's obviously like note taking, where you take an email from customer service and literally put it in a form to get back to them. I do believe that humans can never be replaced by a machine. But if customer service reps or even sales reps start getting replaced by AI, I think that that human connection and figuring out how to have that in your business online is really important to still have.
