i use story in the context of, youknow, we when we do science, we shold that into numbers and rates and d and a sequences. But then from that we're trying to distil out true knowledge and understanding - what does this tell us about how nature works? That's what we really need to communicate when we write the papers. The parallels are very direct. And so we can use very classic story structures that have developed from the birth of humans as a species and of human communication,. To communicate effectively the points that we're tried to get across as scientists.
