It's great to think, ok, i can get rich quick. But then what happens when either the funding stops or in this case, the balloon payment comes and you can't pay it, that's a catastrophe. It's just really important to think long terms. So another thing i have here for borrow would be repayment strategies. This is generally looked at, there's some nuance to this, but the debt snowball versus the debt avalanche. And this is for people who have a number of different outstanding debts, different interest rates, different terms, different amounts.
