Is Remote Work Helping People With Disabilities?

Remote work has helped in many ways, because there are very clear benefits of remote work. But we also know that there are things like proximity bias, which is that the people who are most visible to leadership are the most likely to get promoted. And so i think it's just something that companies have to be incredibly thoughtful about and put in place a lot of structure before rolling out new policies.
