In FMRI studies of genre meditators, the brain's reward circuitry is certainly activated in the nucleus accumbens. The derp-manage existing are definitely visible in the first and second genres. And so what has, happens is as we transition from the second genre to the third genre, is that the energy dies down. There is just the well-being component, a sort of pure contentedness component. And the peace, because now that there's no energy, there's just peacefulness in the body.
