In-house teams might not have like an informal or sorry, a formal intake system. Requests go into a mailbox and then they just disappear. So the unresponsiveness point could literally just be coming from that. The theme from those two business units is like speed. They want to move as fast as possible. And legal might be holding that process up. All those things can increase speed and kind of remove legal as the speed bump.
