How Much Time Do You Block Off?

How do you separate the, like, different types of tasks. Is that one task, and then you separate that from research or sending emales? I actually do search for accounts separately. Then after that, i'll go in and find all the contects that i want to reach out to at those accounts on a separate block. So friday, finding the accounts. Monday, fine the contacts, and then and o work those for the week.
