i did not i to be sold to a company that was just going to turn it into quota units and take away the brand. I put 17 years into my life, chris and i devoted a lot of sleepless nights to this company. To give it to something i don't believe in wasn't the right thing for our industry or the people that work for us. So who we sold to a was not a mega manager,. They weren't looking to be ones that that was big. And then i was concerned we wouldn't get a fair price.
