Is There Pressure to Stick Around?

In catholicism, especiallyin europe and the united states, there's ha a vocation crisis. There aren't as many people becoming priests or religious brothers. The life i live now is completely different to what i did in my early 20s. I think about it from time to time but not really dwell on too much.
