How Do You Make Your Own Cultural Capital?

How do you get past getting somebody from a different background into that company, and not for them to feel like they have to learn to imitate that behaviour to pass? I think the way that we try and think about it is like there are certain rules of the game. And it's really important, if you work in the creative industries and you want it to be inclusive, to make thoserules of the game really explicit. But it's also about, it's not about asking the young people that we're supporting to kind hof completely adopt that cultural capital. It'sabout sort of empowering them and encouraging them to see their own value thou their own cultural capital.
