A concept called habit stacking is about bundling a temptation with a goal-directed behavior. The benefit here of doing this type of habit stacking in contrast to more traditional implementation intention is you are kind of piggybacking on a habit that's already ingrained like brushing your teeth before bed. A similar set of strategies that I won't go into too much detail about is action planning and coping planning so when stuff goes wrong how am I gonna cope with different challenges that might come up.
