Is There a Majority Minority District?
There's a tradition of e the classic jerry manders look super weird. That's not always the best way to judge whether a jerry mander is really bad, because sometimes populations are distributed in ways that aren't intuitive from looking mapo. A weird looking district could be fairly preserving a community, which is the next thing that a lot of people care about, preserving communities or communities of interest. And so all these kind of have to be balanced together, or they don't all have to, but generally, the line drawers make at least some attempt to try to balance them.
