I wonder if fan-bating is a conscious thing or a subconscious strategy. It could be that a lot of them, you know, when they come into these positions, they've never been told no in their lives. They get put into a show like this and then it gets panned, and they just don't know how to handle it. And so it almost creates like a cognitive disconnect for them. The rationale is, no, what I made was great because everyone told me it was great. And so the fans must just hate it because they're bigots or whatever. So for a lot of people, I think it will be that.
