Are You a Micromanager?

The word micromanager has such negative connotations that I think if you approach someone and said, I feel micromanaged, it might hit them so hard. They might just be like, whoa, whoa,. You know, it might give them enough pause. It might get really defensive. But there's a flip side of the micromanager coin, which is like very detail oriented and someone who cares a lot about like the polish of little things. What makes you cross the line?
