When you start getting to the subsets like some of the marketing information or custom models when you're doing some advanced analytics, that's where QA comes in. And I think at that point, still, unless you didn't really know all those fields and what they distinct, are you sure you think the right tables group by to filter? You could actually do QA on your data sets by making an API call directly back to your data set as a testing validation every time you do deployment.
