Intermittent Fasting Isn't Interrupting

If you don't eat for dinner and you go to bed, your brain shuts down. At the 24 hour mark, it's from sunrise to sunrise. You're not running on straight adrenlin any more. You're in fasting mode. That means time to lay around. Your brain doesn't have the fuel it needs. It has to be 24 hours only water for the brain to realize weren't fasting mode. This internal mechanism inside the body when we truly are fasting. The real name would be recklessly eating. Why is it reckless? Because you're killing your drinals and you're starving your brain at the wrong time.
