What We Learned From Past Mistakes
When i did my work on nutrition, a lot of data that people tended to first look at was isidious data. The administrative missionary has always an incentive to under report. And we saw that with coveted statistics. It was much later that the real numbers ad other ven the registerd numbers came up. Even with i infections we didn't know, you know. And then wer huge state level variations. So those are things, in other examples from other sectors, we already had learnt and we put in place so that when the time comes, we do not make those mistakes.
