A New York firm backlot provides location services for film and TV crews. The company offers landlords a way to earn revenue from their empty office cubes. I'm not sure if that will drive demand, but it does make me think of when Michael Lewis gets around to writing the book on the Trepwire podcast and they turn it into a movie.
