NCAA and the NCAA schools are lobbying for federal regulation of NIL. There's hearings going on, but there's also buzz coming out of Congress that they have other things to worry about rather than governing sponsorship deals with college softball players and gymnasts and football players. The transfer situation is a tough environment for younger players who want scholarships to get those scholarships.
