What's the Greatest Thing About Hilocracy?
Li: Hilocrasy is part of the holocracy process, but people may not be aware ofo haven't remembered it. Yewit's so i often talk about like the super hero leader, which i think so much of our organization to day, they tend to require this. Li: When you change the fundamental system, one of he things i want it is how do i get out of being apparent to people? I don't want that dynamic.
