How to Pick a Niche for Your Next Webside?

Arlyer: It's one thing to have a plan, but it's anotherting to execute it at the leve you've done. You start them all from scratch. What do you look for when it comes to a niche? I'm guessing because your model is ad heavy, that certainly probably has a bit of an influence on what you pick. But either way, whatever i'm planning, i want to make sure that there isn't enough traffic in the nich so it's always a question how big of anitu won a target there.
