Sally Kohn: I basically figured out in high school that the majority of the efforts that could be spent on school were better spent elsewhere. She was able to graduate a year early because she didn't need four years of calculus in three years. Kohn: Every job that I ever take, including this one that I have right now as the editor-in-chief of National Magazine, I basically figure out what is the minimum amount of me that a job requires so that I can expand myself in other directions.
