The Merits of Hans's Case in the State of Missouri
CNN's John Sutter says the defamation case against Magnus Hagen is likely to be difficult for him to prove in court. He could go presumably to Missouri state court, but Connecticut has a very strong so-called anti slap statute that makes it even more difficult than it already is. "I just think it's going to be very, very difficult for Hans to prove," Sutter said.
