Ron Atkinson plays Trevor Bingley, a middle-aged older man who's lost his job. He manages out of the blue to get a job as a house sitter but is manifestly under-qualified for the job. The show started off as a house sitting project and it was called actually house sitter. But then we decided that a very engaging and interesting catalyst for whatever comedy and nonsense that we wanted to happen in this house would be created by introducing a bee. So basically the middle seven episodes of the show is a battle between Trevor and this bee. Netflix like a title that tells the story more bluntly and crudely than the word house sitter which was deemed to be slightly more
