The Power of Validation
When fear is present, people like to imagine all they're missing out on. What if we treated fear as we would treat a child in pain? You know my first book, what rises love that i say, if it's not how you treat a child In pain shouldn't be the way you talk to yourself or others. And when we learn to relate to things like fear sadness and anger and envy and judgment from this holding space perspective, it actually unravels the identification with these forces - allowing us to heal them without having an adversarial relationship with any of them.
