How to Pass Off a Library to Someone Else

I would ideally not pass it off to one person, but maybe I'd be like maybe some kind of collective or a group that would maintain it. This way there's less user customer impact and it'll be maintained by someone nicer than me. Like even if I join a group and maintain it for a while for that group, that would be fine for me too as long as there's more than just me. You're going to increase the bug factor basically, right? Exactly.
