A Reporter Covering China, What Do You Think?

Umi: I'm really curious as to how you strike the right balance between report on government oppression, which has certainly increased over over minority peoples and freethinking intellectuals. Umi: For me, it comes down to a, in some ways, i felt that my purpose here was really clarified last year when so many other journalists had to leave. So i feel that with limited capacity, i should focus on stories that will not be told m if they're not told by a foreigner.
