The Traditional Method of Refinancing a Property
The traditional method is the way people have usually bought homes. You pay cash or a hard money loan or somebody else's money, and then you fix the house up. Once you fixed it up, it's worth more than when you bought it. That's when you refinance it. When you're rfinancing it based on the higher value, you're getting bigger chunk of your money back. And by using this bet that i went from buying two houses a year to two houses a month. Yeh, yes. That's a slightly faster, slightly faster.
