How to Organize Your Procedures to Make It Easier for Your Team
We use Google Docs today. I found that those are the easiest to share and collaborate with with my team. Other tools like Sweet Process, which is a tool specifically made for documenting procedures. We also use, we have an internal FAQ, which we're actually using WordPress for this. That gives us like an internal collection of common customer requests or requests from leads. It's even gotten to the point now where they go in and they're the ones updating the procedures and keeping them up to date.
