A regimen is usually designed to produce a very specific result. A process is not gear towards a specific result, it's more of a universal application. You can go through this process to arrive at any number of different results. It doesn't really matter that our as of experts are very specific, because the application is universal. When you're looking at a system or a process ly right, because we have developed those processes instead of just coming up with a set of rules for people to follow.
