How to Teach Critical Thinking in Large Classes
In large classes, how can you help students develop critical thinking skills if you don't want to read lots of written work? Well, this is the beauty of groups. There's discussion and that includes, by the way, debate. Another thing that's very important are some kinds of problems to solve. So what I did was I put all of those together, synthesize them into a list of 45 critical thinking questions.
