What Makes It So Difficult to Underwrite?

There's some aversion to credit depending on the geography. A few decades ago, there just wasn't a whole lot of data available to look at customers other than how long have you been in business and financials. Other things, probably the banking landscape. There are some countries which may have one or two or three banks, they're not nationalized,. And so there isn't a lot of competition to provide lending products. We've seen a lot of the innovation happen in the us. And in europe, and i think that that innovation will continue spreading an kind of, you know, adding innovation and more products into these countries.
