The Importance of UX Education

There's a mix of people coming from an industry standpoint and learning about UX. The University of Washington program is, I think, HDCE or something like that because it's been around for 20 years. You're right, the vagueness of the term, it's very similar to how design got into conversation, found or dating message boards recently.
