How Do You Deal With Burnout?

GitHub maintainers do a lot of work and it's probably people that aren't the most grateful. So I can imagine that this has led to burnout quite a bit. How have you personally dealt with burnout or have you even dealt with it at all? "I'm definitely totally, I mean, you could say in some sense, I'm dealing with it now"
