With smaller businesses, there's just a lot more adaptability in imbedded. People are leaving because their needs are not being met. So i would just say, for smaller companies, test these kind of ideas. How do you get alineenlke basically to questions that we ask now? And the sense os to belonging and making sure people are being heard.
