How Does Open Source Impact Contributions?

Most contributions we get are on the t side, starting from biltos to a standard library. It takes a long while to actually get yourself comfortable with the cobe basin do something useful. We got, i think, more than three features entirely implemented by contributors - some of them we hired later. So for us, it doesn't work yet as like a community effort,. But it would do, o feel th help a lot.
