There's so many levels of confidence, right? And there's so many like process that we have to go through. You start out by testing the waters with some external confidenc and even that step is a lot for a lot of women. Were like, we haven't even internalized hivent got that far. It's just like hanging by a thread if everyone thinks we're ok or if we've gotten a promotion,. Or if no one's met at us at that very moment. To day, i'm allowed, yes, it's olf for 30 seconds."
