Are You Over Confident or Under Confident?

i think in many of these contexts it was important to the people he was talking to so he talked about someone who had a startup for example. because they're not in a calamity at that moment and his advice is only take this serious so far is only take a seriously if you're in a disaster. i'd want to know well how often are people over confident as opposed to under confident I grant he can find me cases maybe many many cases in which people are under confident right but i bet you can also find cases where people are over confident like i doubt it.  All three of us took more issue with the second connected conclusion that therefore you are more authorized to to disagree with
