There is a big skew in the number of doctors that we actually need and to cater to a particular patient population. A lot of people are going out of the country. So you have a huge number of doctors who are trained at the basic level only. You don't have specialists and super specialists. And because of that, we have stagnant doctors who can see patients manage them superficially but they are not going to cater to the real needs of a patient.
Known online as The Liver Doctor, he's a crusader against quackery of all sorts.
