The Importance of Internal Commitment in Schools
We need to shift more to a model of internal commitment external accountability by its very definition is an external thing where you're accountable to someone else for something there's a lot of self accountability doesn't really make sense but we talk about that's really just internal commitment. We can't be worried at this moment in time about the end result because we don't know what those qualifications will look like for those children and so if we can ensure they are learning and improving based on skills knowledge experiences we will be traveling in the right direction. I've certainly got plenty I'm chewing over in my mind thank you ever so much to our panelists thanks to everyone else who's appeared on the podcast this year
