There needs to be a person or a couple of people that are sort of blessed as the experts. If your app launches and then crashes because the data model is not great, that's not great for your users. Make sure you're back porting those fixes into like your main code base before you cut your next release. It's hard enough to keep engagement on an app, let alone make people reinstall it.
