Automator Droplet - Can Hazel Do That?
With Hazel, you can tag files that appear in whatever folder with that. And then it looks for specific folders and then looks for anything with that tag so that it knows what to do. This is all done locally on your machine, so you don't need to worry about data being leaked across the internet which is related to client files.
