I know that when you're building a relationship in sales, your main focus is really to build trust. And now it is online. It's very impersonal. A lot of it is automated, text-based. So how can we be more human online? What's your perspective on that? One of the things I am really behind is because people are trying to leverage direct message or private messages to warm people up - using voice memos. That's why we are not doing this interview via text. We're doing it through audio. People can hear what I really mean and we can really get the meaning behind your questions as well.
