The approach of recovery dieting is psychologically beneficial. It's actually opposite of what we might think, right? People are worried that if I jump up all of a sudden, I'm going to gain a bunch of weight and that's going to cause some sort of disorder eating. We find the opposite. And that's because your biofeedback quickly improves, your hunger improves, your energy, recovery, your sleep.
