The Whistleblower Protection Act

The Whistleblower Protection Act protects all individuals performing work on a federal government contract. In order to be eligible for protections, the Whistleblowers must have a reasonable belief that they're reporting an instance of waste or fraud involving federal funds. And in order to be protected, the Wh whistleblower has to submit the report to someone on a list of people in specific positions of power.
