The Culture of Hedge Funds

Hedge funds are kind of this like big bad guy in the media, right? I'm not talking about that at all. It's a little bit more of an aggressive culture. You got to earn your seat. You're paid to make money. Yeah, you got to be smart, but I found it you had to be able to one of the key lessons right off the bat was accept failure and loss because it's going to happen.
