The friction exists in how do I make it as easy as possible for you to provide the documentation that enables me to make sure that you are, you know, a good citizen and good standing? And that historically has been a pretty onerous process. The digital opening process is getting very good; we're missing out on empathetic stimuli response data from intermediate interactions post account opening. That's where product improvements and process improvements in the digital opening process are being made.
